Originally from Hong Kong, Woody has lived in Scotland since 2011. He has an BSc in Medical Sciences at University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt University and that’s probably why you will see a lot of his scientific approach to the bottlings.
While he is into his beer and whisky, he is also a keen gym goer and a weekend gamer.
(Yes, I built the website myself and now I am referring myself in the third person…and I don’t really have much to say about myself. :P)

Megan, originally from Glasgow, accidentally discovered her love of whisky after a life-changing sip of Lagavulin 16 in a pub one night. She then ditched her career that she had been building for a decade to join the whisky world!
