Batch 1 is a Hogshead of Caol Ila Single Malt Scotch Whisky broken down and re-racked equally into 8 bloodtubs for finishing for 7 months.
The bloodtubs details are as follow:
A. American oak blood tub seasoned with Oloroso wine from Montilla
B. European oak blood tub seasoned with Oloroso wine from Montilla
C. American oak blood tub seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Jerez
D. European oak blood tub seasoned with Oloroso sherry from the Jerez
E. American oak blood tub seasoned with Pedro Ximenez wine from Montilla
F. European oak bloody seasoned with Pedro Ximenez wine from Montilla
G. American oak blood tub seasoned with Pedro Ximenez sherry from Jerez
H. European oak blood tub seasoned wit Pedro Ximenez sherry from Jerez
